Home Phone Troubleshooting
A guide on how to troubleshoot your home phone. 
   
 Basic steps: 
 
 Press power switch located on back of device 
 wait 30 seconds with the device turned off 
 Turn device back on by pressing switch. 
 Wait 3 minutes 
 Attempt to call someone 
 
   
 If this doesn't resolve the issue, submit a ticket.
