Home Phone Troubleshooting

A guide on how to troubleshoot your home phone.

 

Basic steps:

  1. Press power switch located on back of device
  2. wait 30 seconds with the device turned off
  3. Turn device back on by pressing switch.
  4. Wait 3 minutes
  5. Attempt to call someone

 

If this doesn't resolve the issue, submit a ticket.
