A guide on how to troubleshoot your home phone.
Basic steps:
- Press power switch located on back of device
- wait 30 seconds with the device turned off
- Turn device back on by pressing switch.
- Wait 3 minutes
- Attempt to call someone
If this doesn't resolve the issue, submit a ticket.
